Men’s Ministry

Teach – Reach – Disciple

The men’s ministry of Green Meadows seeks to minister to the needs of others and encourage  all men to be men of God’s Word. The Baptist Men of Green Meadows are always looking for ways to serve, and enjoy their established annual service projects in Honduras and Kentucky.

Bible Studies

The men of Green Meadows participate in Bible studies and recently completed the study Manhood: Restored. The men’s Bible studies are a great time of fellowship for our men as they learn to be more like Christ. Each study that the men have done has been thoroughly enjoyed!

Baptist Men

The Baptist Men serve others annually in Honduras and Kentucky. They truly have a heart for those in need and seek to bless others with their work.

In Honduras, the men work on construction projects. They’ve built several houses, bunk beds, and even a multipurpose sport court. They also purchase food bags to give to families in need. Gently-used clothing and shoes are taken and given to the needy as well.

Though passionate about the work in Honduras, the Baptist Men of Green Meadows recognize that there are families in need in this country as well. They love to serve the people of Kentucky by partnering with other churches to build houses for families in need. In addition to building, appliances, gently-used toys, and clothing are collected from Green Meadows members throughout the year to give out in Kentucky.

The Baptist Men also serve the needs of people locally. They have built numerous wheelchair ramps for Green Meadows members that needed them. They also help out with church work days to maintain the grounds of our church.

Colossians 3:23-24 depicts the heart of our Baptist Men: “Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.”
